Social IT is an innovative SME that develops ICT solutions for the management of social and health care services. Social IT conducts intense Research and Innovation activities within EU projects (e.g., E+ and H2020) thanks to which keeps developing ground-breaking ICT tools in support of fragile people (e.g., with intellectual disabilities, affected by autism, elderly with Alzheimer).

Valentina is Project Manager of the Research and Innovation Area at Social IT since 2015. In 2007 she received her Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Trento, Italy and in 2011 she obtained a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering from the International Doctorate School in Trento. She has worked as a post-doc in both national and international universities (USA, Spain, Italy). In Social IT she works as Project Manager in several European project, both Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ (also as coordinator), and is responsible for the entire Research and Innovation area which offers also consulting services in the field of EU projects.

Giulia Onorati

Giulia joined the company in 2016 to support the Research and Innovation department. She holds a Master Degree in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Trento, Italy. Previously she worked as Social Researcher to the Erasmus+ project APP4CARERS with the Italian Center of Research INRCA, in Ancona. In Social IT she collaborated in several Horizon2020 and Erasmus+ projects as co-project manager and as communication manager. In 2020 she received her Master Degree in Marketing, Communication and Digital Media from the 24ore Business school in Milan. Currently, she is in charge of marketing and communication for Social IT and as consultant for some of the company’s clients.

Maddalena Sebastiani

Maddalena is Software Developer at Social IT since 2019. She joined the company right after her Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, specifically in the field of Information and Communications, from the University of Trento, Italy. She collaborates in on-going Erasmus+ projects and national project, as software, App (Android and IoS) and web developer. She also collaborates, as consultant software developer, to customized product for the company’s clients.
